The lack of pool was shocking, since I thought all hotels had one these days. The outlet near the bed was loose, causing my charger to fall out, unbelievable! I almost woudl ve been impressed by the staff, but I expected a complimentary snack for all my troubles and, alas, nothing. I'm just disappointed, really.

Had a good time. Everything was perfectly fine, including pleasant staff and absolutely perfect location close to everything. The room was brand-new and clean and we had a comfortable bed in it. Fast check-in, the staff helped with directions. We appreciated the Mexican cuisine in the restaurant.

I stayed one night and honestly, it was horrible. The TV didn't work, and I tried to get help but they just didn't care. I also woke up covered in itchy bed bug bites. On top of that, the place felt super old and run down. Only good thing was the fridge in the room worked fine.
